Dal Cont Delicatesse is a traditional family-run business based in Italy.
We specialise in organic, gluten free, lactose and milk free confectionery products, suitable for people who suffer from coeliac disease and other food allergies/intolerances.
WHY GLUTEN FREE?
In 2015, founder Francesca Gobbo had a challenging idea: creating an organic, gluten free, made in Italy series of sweets, cakes and snacks with all these values together.
Bearing in mind the importance of Italian tradition, Dal Cont Delicatesse also offers innovative products, made with the intent of responding to the customers's needs when it comes to food allergies/intolerances.
We address not only people who suffer from Coeliac disease, diabetes, metabolic disorders, but also those who already have a healthy lifestyle or want to improve their way of eating.
We are a small, artisan company, and we strongly believe in the merit of our hand made products!
NATURAL INGREDIENTS, YES PLEASE!
We chose to be a 100% organic company since the start. This means we pay special attention to our ingredients.
We use only Italian nuts (for example almonds come from Sicily), our butter is freshly produced by a small artisan cheese factory from our territory (Fattoria Zoff), we only use local, organic, free-range eggs (Uova Pascolo), we buy naturally gluten free flours.
No ready-to-use flour blend are used in our laboratory. We have our own recipes and we want to preserve them, not depending on anyone ;)
